Knowledg eable friendly courteous Excellent surgeon

Dr. Singh is a very caring and professional physician. He took the time necessary to help me understand my condition, impact to my future health and care plan.

Very thorough. And compassionate. He and the wife.

Staff was attentive and spent adequate time reviewing and discussing my health. They addressed my questions and offered helpful advice regarding my health maintenance.

My issue is not with Dr Singh, its with his billing manager Consuelo Soto who charged me $2000 saying it was for my deductible. My insurance shows they were billed $2000 for this procedure and they paid $1800 to the practice. UHC also said, I did not have to pay the deductible, this was a surgical procedure based on the coding use. This payment I made, I cannot find where it has been posted, wasn't against my deductible and I don't see a credit anywhere. This billing manager promises to call but doesn't and emails and attempts to reach are blocked.

On top of my health issues, also Doctors and staff are easy to talk too. Highly recommend this physicians office.
